What it is
An election your members cannot argue with.
Members vote from their phones, wherever they are. Every voter is checked against a genuine identity document before a vote is cast. The count is finished the moment voting closes.
The problem
Most elections are decided in a hall on a single day.
That creates five weaknesses, and every one of them ends up in a dispute.
Members cannot attend
Those who live far, work that day, or cannot afford the journey lose their vote. Turnout is a fraction of the register.
Nobody can prove who voted
A signature and an ID card held up at a desk, checked in a queue of hundreds, proves very little.
The register is contested
Members claim they were removed. Names appear that nobody recognises. The list itself becomes the argument.
Counting is disputed
Manual counting in a contested room produces a result that half the room does not accept.
The result goes to court
Elections are annulled. Offices sit vacant. Legal costs mount. The institution loses a year and some of its credibility.
And it repeats
The next election runs under suspicion before a single vote is cast, because nothing about the mechanism has changed.
How verification works
Every participant, verified
Three checks run before anyone is counted. Only when all three pass can that person take part.
CHECK 01
A genuine document
The person presents a government-issued identity document. The document itself is checked to be real, not a photograph of a photograph or a forgery.
CHECK 02
A live human being
The person is confirmed to be physically present and alive at that moment. Not a photograph, not a recording, not a mask, not a generated image.
CHECK 03
The same person, once
The live person is matched to the photograph on their document, and to everyone who has already taken part, so one person cannot return as another.

The election is configured
Positions, candidates, rules, opening and closing times. Branch, chapter, zonal and delegate structures are supported.
Each member is invited
By SMS and email, with a private link that belongs to them alone.
Every voter is verified
Before a single vote is cast, the system confirms a live human being, matched to a genuine identity document, appearing only once across the entire election.
They vote
Privately, from anywhere at home or abroad, within the voting window. Their choice is secret. Their participation is recorded.
The result is immediate
Counting is finished when voting closes. There is no count to dispute.
The proof is permanent
A complete record of how many verified people voted, what the result was, and that no person voted twice.
Why this ends disputes
Three arguments destroy elections. Verdika answers all three.
“That person should not have voted”
Eligibility comes from your register, which you control and which nobody else can quietly edit.
“That person voted twice”
Impossible. The system recognises someone who has already voted even if they return with a different name, document, email address and phone number.
“The system was interfered with”
Every administrative action is written to a record designed so it cannot be silently altered. Interference is not a matter of assurance. It is a matter of record.
A challenge to a Verdika election does not meet a denial. It meets evidence.
The ballot stays secret
Verified, and still anonymous.
Members worry that a verified election means somebody can see how they voted. On Verdika nobody can, and that is a property of how it is built rather than a promise.
Participation and choice are held apart. The record proves that a verified member voted. It does not show what they chose. The result shows what was chosen. It does not show who chose it.
Both facts are provable. Neither can be joined to expose an individual's vote.
Not an identity check
An identity check asks whether one person is who they claim, then discards the answer. This asks whether every voter was a different real person, and keeps an answer that survives a challenge.
Built to be read by an opponent
The record exists for the day a losing candidate disputes the result. That is who it is written for, not an internal dashboard.
A refusal you can defend
When somebody is turned away there is a reason, a human review and an appeal. Wrongly refusing a member is the risk that matters, and it is handled.
